Return & Exchange Policy

FaithMart – 7 Day Return & Exchange

At FaithMart, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective/damaged products

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be provided

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and unboxing video (if available)

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

6. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
